A Senior director has accelerated experience through high level specialist training that is hard to be accepted on in the industry – a stylist at this level is usually recognised as having over and above natural flair and competence in the industry

A Junior Director, at this level, a director has far exceeded the senior level and is invested in training and self excellence to achieve the salon director level in their career

Principal Stylist, fully Qualified In Hairdressing, with 5 plus years experience – Usually gained training from specialised courses and will lean to a particular passion and flair – eg; colour or cut etc

Senior Stylist Fully Qualified In Hairdressing, with 1 plus years experience – starting to think about there specialist skills.

Stylist Qualified to Level 2 Hairdressing, with 1 – 3 years salon experience and industry standard training.

Junior Stylist Qualified in certain services and still undergoing our HT in salon education program to become a Level 2/3 & varder approved junior stylist

UnQualified but undergoing our HT in salon education program to become a Level 2/3 & varder approved junior stylist.
