LEVELS

in the hairdressing industry, stylist levels are created based on their experience, skill and training. At HT we have an amazing team that have been carefully selected so that you are getting The Best at every level! In our salon we have 7 levels of stylists and that levels pricing structure.

It is important to know that unlike a lot of hairdressers, our team are fully employed by us – This is quite unique as most smaller salons today ‘rent a chair’ to self employed hairdressers and that is why sometimes clients may not always get a great experience or haircut or colour

So there won’t be fall outs and hurt feelings at Harry Thomas Hairdressing if you choose a different stylist each time you come in – Choose who you want to do your hair

WE HAVE A PRICE FOR EVERY BUDGET, THERE IS NO REASON WE CANT ALL HAVE GREAT HAIR!

  • Thomas ex UK Talent Showcase artist for Davines, Educator, Extension Specialist, Colour Specialist over 4 brands, Sassoon Cutting Expert, Sustainability Advocate, Owner of Harry Thomas.

  • Principal Director has accelerated experience & has been a Junior director for 3+ years. They now know there hairdressing style and have now moved to Master level in there skills.

  • Director, at this level, a director has far exceeded the Principal Stylist level and is invested in training and self excellence to achieve the salon director level in their career

  • Principal Stylist, Has completed 3 years on the floor as a Stylist & has now gained training from specialised courses and will lean to a particular passion and flair – eg; colour or cut etc

  • Stylist Qualified to Level 2/3 Hairdressing, with 1-3 years on the floor after training.

  • Junior Stylist Qualified in certain services and still undergoing our HT in salon education program to become a Level 2/3 & varder approved junior stylist

  • UnQualified but undergoing our HT in salon education program to become a Level 2/3 & varder approved junior stylist.
